Referred to our offices by a previous tummy tuck patient, this 37 year old mother of three from Long Island desired a breast fullness she had never been able to enjoy by receiving breast enhancement in Suffolk County. After breastfeeding all of her children, her already small breasts lost even more volume, a common occurrence after pregnancy. During our consultation, I noted that this petite 5'1' woman had only a small amount of breast tissue and a very thin subcutaneous fatty layer, so I encouraged her to consider the new cohesive silicone gel implants. For patients of her build, this type of implant can help create a natural feel and avoid the visibility of wrinkles or ripples in the implant. In addition to augmentation, I performed a minor lift on her right breast, as her right nipple appeared slightly lower than her left. This woman's "after" photos were taken six months following cosmetic surgery in Suffolk County. She was very pleased that the surgical experience was comfortable and she received exceptional care from my staff. She is greatly satisfied and accustomed to her new implants, and can't remember how she felt without them. Her breast fullness goals have been exceeded, and it is rewarding to see a wonderful mother so happy with her appearance.
