This petite 20 year old Nassau County resident came to the office for a breast augmentation, referred by a friend who had a rhinoplasty by Dr. Romanelli. She worked for a doctor and was looking for fullness, and balance to her hips. She also wanted some improvement in symmetry.
Examining her, it was clear that the right breast was a little larger than the left. We talked about her options, and settled on a moderate breast enlargement. She tried on sizers in the office (which is the best way we know to determine what will make a woman happiest with her breast enhancement), and she decided she wanted the right breast about 275 ccs larger.
In surgery, we first enlarged the right breast with a 275 cc saline implant. Then we put an implant on the left side, and by adding and removing saline found that 300 ccs gave her a perfect match. As seen in the 6 month follow up photos, this Long Island woman has achieved fullness, and symmetry.
