This very charming 19 year old woman came to the office seeking breast enhancement on Long Island, and correction of a mild asymmetry. She was always self-conscious that her left breast appeared slightly larger than the right. She was fit, and healthy, but this Long Island woman wanted more fullness to her breasts.
Examining her there was only a little bit of difference in her breast size. She wasn't looking for overly large breast implants, and settled on about 340 ccs, which was able to bring her A cup up to a C cup. She chose an incision beneath the breasts, and saline implants.
Her Breast Augmentation at our Huntington plastic surgery center went beautifully, taking just under one hour. She awoke from the general anesthesia smiling, looking forward to seeing her new figure.
At 6 months after breast implant surgery, her breasts are soft, and symmetrical. She seems very happy, and has lost the self-consciousness. It has been fun for her to wear bathing suits confidently this summer, and she has a lot more flexibility in all of the clothes that she wears.
