A fitness instructor came to see us to re-shape the one part of her body exercise could not: her breasts. She came from Queens to our Long Island office for breast augmentation. With a very low body fat percentage she was toned and healthy.
She complained that breast feeding her 3 children left her breasts smaller than before pregnancy! Not an unusual story. Examination showed how fit she was, but her breasts didn't balance her hips. We always look at the whole figure in evaluating proportion.
She chose saline breast implants, and went from a small B to a large C. She took virtually no pain medication after surgery, as is usual for individuals who work out on a regular basis. Her breast fullness is something she is happy about now. She went with a size that made her just a "little bit fuller" than she was before pregnancy. We think she looks great.
